Global warming reveals new island off Greenland

New York Times article on how rising temperatures are not only melting ice all over Greenland and the Artic, they are changing the very geography of coastlines.

A new island was discovered off Greenland due to the effects of global warming. A penisula long thought to be part of Greenland’s mainland turned out to be an island when a glacier retreated.

    before the article I never thought one foot of water level could make
